How is desi calculated?

Per Trendyol's Seller Information Center: multiply the package's length, width and height in centimetres and divide by 3000; a polybag is measured end to end. If the package weighs more than its desi, billing follows the weight. The list is published in whole-desi rows, so this tool reads fractions at the next whole desi — the document does not state a rounding rule.

When does the flat tier apply?

When the order is under ₺350 and the package is up to 10 desi, only in the "Trendyol pays" model. There is no tier in the seller-pays model or above 10 desi; in a split order only one package gets it; return shipments do not. Table effective 2026-08-10.

Do these prices apply at a carrier branch too?

No. These are Trendyol's contracted prices: they apply only when you ship a Trendyol order under Trendyol's agreement. A carrier's branch or corporate rate card is separate. The list shows the transport fees carriers report to Trendyol; other surcharges a carrier may pass on are not included.

What if the carrier measures the desi wrong?

The Trendyol Seller Panel shows the desi of delivered and returned parcels; if the carrier's desi is wrong you can dispute it with “Desiye İtiraz Et” (dispute desi) within 30 days of delivery.

Sellers know their box size, not its desi — and rarely what each carrier charges for that desi. So prices get set before the real shipping cost is known.
