For each keyword we track we compare the organic top 20 with the previous day from the same source: the share of products not in yesterday's top 20 and the average move of products present on both days. The daily figure is the average over all comparable keywords that day.

What counts as an anomaly?

When daily churn exceeds the 30-day mean by more than 2 standard deviations. Without at least 10 days of comparisons we flag nothing.
